LIV MORE Reconstitution Solution is a laboratory-grade aqueous diluent for dissolving lyophilized research compounds and preparing stock solutions for in vitro analytical work. It is supplied in sealed multi-use glass vials in 3 mL, 10 mL and 30 mL sizes, for use by qualified researchers in controlled laboratory settings.
Laboratory use
The solution contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative, which limits microbial growth in the vial between draws and allows a single vial to be used across several preparations within its in-use period. It is suitable for most water-soluble peptides. Some compounds dissolve better in a buffer or another solvent, so check the solubility details on each product specification before preparing a stock solution.
Choosing a vial size
The 3 mL vial suits single small preparations, the 10 mL vial matches a 1 mg/mL stock from a 10 mg compound vial, and the 30 mL vial suits larger or repeated preparations. Once opened, store the vial at 2 to 8°C and discard 28 days after first use. Full guidance is in the Storage and Handling tab.
Lot verification
Each vial carries a lot number printed on the label. Lot details are available on the Test Results page.

Storage before opening
- Store sealed vials at controlled room temperature, 20 to 25°C.
- Keep vials upright, sealed and protected from light.
- Do not freeze.
Storage after first use
- Once the stopper has been punctured, store the vial at 2 to 8°C.
- Record the date of first use on the label and discard 28 days after first opening.
- Discard the vial if the solution becomes cloudy, discoloured or shows any visible particles.
Handling
- Swab the stopper with 70% isopropyl alcohol before each draw and use clean, single-use laboratory equipment.
- Add the solution slowly down the inside wall of the compound vial and swirl gently. Do not shake.
- Handle using standard laboratory PPE in an appropriately equipped facility, following good laboratory practice.
Disposal
- Dispose of unused material and empty vials in line with local regulations for laboratory chemical waste.
No dosing or administration guidance is provided. This material is for in vitro laboratory research only and is not for injection.
