Terms of sale

These terms govern every order placed with LIV MORE LLC: who may buy, how an order is accepted, how prices and taxes are applied, when title and risk pass to you, what documentation ships with each lot, and the limits of our liability. Placing an order means you accept them.

Official terms reference

LIV MORE LLC supplies research materials to qualified buyers. An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when the goods are dispatched. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply for any use other than laboratory research.

  • Research use only, without exception
  • Price, tax, and shipping shown before you pay
  • Title and risk pass on dispatch
  • Every lot ships with its certificate on file

Clear remedies

Defined windows for shortages, damage, and returns, with no guesswork.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Sale are a contract between you and LIV MORE LLC (hereafter “the Company,” “LIV MORE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. They apply to every order placed through this website.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms, that you accept them, and that you have authority to accept them on behalf of any organisation you are ordering for. Our Research use policy, Shipping and returns policy, and Privacy policy form part of these terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

2. Eligibility and buyer confirmations

To place an order you must be aged 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. By completing checkout you confirm each of the following:

  • You are purchasing for laboratory research use only
  • You are qualified, by training or by supervision, to handle research materials safely
  • You will not administer the products to humans or animals, or supply them to anyone who will
  • You will comply with all laws and institutional rules that apply to you
  • The information you give us at checkout is accurate and belongs to you

These confirmations are a condition of sale, not a formality. An order placed without them being true is a breach of these terms, and we may cancel it at any point, including after dispatch.

3. Products, lots and documentation

Products are supplied in the presentation stated on the product page, identified by a lot number printed on the label. Each lot is sampled after filling and analysed by an independent laboratory, and its certificate of analysis is published in the test results library.

Which lot you receive. We dispatch from current stock and cannot reserve a specific lot unless you ask us in writing before ordering and we confirm it. Where a product page shows several lots, the lot you receive is identified on your vial and its certificate is the one filed against that number.

Specifications and tolerances. Stated purity and content figures are those measured for the lot supplied, within the tolerances of the analytical method used. Product images are illustrative. We may change packaging, presentation, or supplier without notice, provided the material supplied still meets the specification on the product page.

Availability. Listing a product is not a guarantee of stock. Where an item is unavailable after you have paid, we will offer a substitute lot, a backorder, or a refund of that line.

4. Pricing, taxes and duties

All prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any applicable tax are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

  • Price changes. We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you submit it.
  • Sales tax. Where we are required to collect state or local sales tax, it is added at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Pricing errors. If a price or description is published in error, we may cancel the affected line and refund it rather than supply at the wrong price. We will tell you before doing so.
  • Promotions. Discount codes apply to the qualifying items in a single order, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received it, not acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods, and only for the items actually dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where:

  • The item is out of stock or has been withdrawn
  • A price or product description was published in error
  • Payment is declined, reversed, or flagged by fraud screening
  • The billing and delivery details cannot be verified
  • The order appears inconsistent with research use, or with our Research use policy
  • Supplying it would place us in breach of any law or carrier rule

Where we decline an order after payment, we refund the affected amount in full. We are not obliged to explain a refusal beyond what this section states.

6. Payment and fraud screening

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Card details are captured and processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and full card numbers are never stored on our own servers.

Every order passes through automated fraud screening. Where an order is flagged, we may ask you to confirm your identity or your billing details before we dispatch. We will not ask for your full card number, your card security code, or your account password at any point, by any channel.

If a payment is reversed or charged back after dispatch, the goods remain our property under section 7 and we may recover them, recover the amount owed, and suspend the account.

7. Shipping, title and risk of loss

Dispatch times, carriers, costs, and cold-chain handling are set out in our Shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

  • Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the parcel.
  • Title passes to you when we have received payment in full and cleared funds.
  • Delivery estimates are estimates. Time is not of the essence in this contract, and we are not liable for a carrier’s delay.
  • Delivery address. You are responsible for giving an address where the parcel can be received. A parcel that is refused, unclaimed, or sent to an address you entered incorrectly is handled under the Shipping and returns policy.

8. Cancellations, changes and returns

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. We can usually amend an order that has not yet been picked, and we cannot recall one that has been handed to the carrier.

Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on unbroken storage and handling, returns are limited to items that are unopened and with their seal intact. The full conditions, the return window, and how refunds are issued are set out in Shipping and returns.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under the mandatory consumer or commercial law of your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

What we warrant. We warrant that, at the time of dispatch, the material supplied conforms to the specification on its certificate of analysis, and that it has been stored and handled by us in line with that specification. This is the entire warranty we give.

What we do not warrant. We give no warranty, express or implied, of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, or of suitability for any experiment, protocol, or application. We do not warrant that a result you obtain will match a result obtained elsewhere. We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals, and no such use is authorised.

Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost data, lost experiments, lost time, lost profit, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for verifying that a product is appropriate for your intended research, for handling it safely, and for complying with the rules of your institution. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not excluded by this section.

10. Permitted use, resale and export

Products are supplied for your own laboratory research. You may not:

  • Administer them to a human or an animal, or supply them to anyone who intends to
  • Resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute them, whether or not for profit, without our written agreement
  • Present them as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, food, or medical device
  • Remove, alter, or obscure a lot number or any label required to identify the material
  • Export or re-export them in breach of any applicable control or sanction

Breach of this section entitles us to cancel outstanding orders, close your account, and withhold future supply. Where a resale arrangement is agreed in writing, you remain responsible for passing on these conditions in full.

11. Intellectual property and use of this website

The LIV MORE name, logo, site design, product copy, photography, and the test results system are our property or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own reference, including certificates for lots you have purchased. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission.

You agree not to interfere with the operation of this website, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to use automated means to place orders or harvest content.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.

Before starting proceedings, please raise the matter with us in writing so we can try to resolve it directly. Most questions about an order, a lot, or a refund are settled that way.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, in the services we use, or in how we operate. Any change is posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you submitted it, so a later change does not alter an order already placed.

Research use only

All LIV MORE products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or foods, and they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. Every lot is sampled after filling and analysed by a laboratory we do not own, and its certificate is published in the test results library. If you have a compliance or documentation question, please get in touch before ordering.
