1. Information collection and use

LIV MORE LLC (hereafter “the Company,” “LIV MORE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us through account registration, checkout, contact and support forms, newsletter sign-up, the optional email field on our entry screen, or direct email.

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiries or fulfil your explicit requests, such as processing, validating, and shipping your orders. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as strictly necessary to complete your order, for example passing address details to our delivery carriers or card details to our secure payment gateway.

Browsing this website, reading a product page, or opening a lot’s test results does not require an account and does not create a personal record of you.

2. Order and payment information

When placing an order, you will be required to provide specific contact and payment information, including:

  • Full name, and organisation or laboratory affiliation where applicable
  • Billing and physical shipping addresses
  • Email address and, optionally, a telephone number for delivery contact
  • Payment details, such as card or electronic payment data

This information is used strictly for billing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and order fulfilment. If there is a problem processing your order, or a question about the lot you received, we use these validated details to reach you directly.

Card data. Payment card details are captured and processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Full card numbers are never stored on our own servers. We retain only what we need to recognise and support the order, such as the card type, the last four digits, and the authorisation reference.

3. Cookies, analytics and test result lookups

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Essential. Keeping your cart and session intact, holding your login, and protecting checkout against fraud. The store cannot function without these.
  • Preference. Remembering choices you have made, such as a dismissed notice, a selected option, or your confirmation on our entry screen (including the research setting you selected), so you are not asked twice. The entry screen confirmation is kept for 30 days.
  • Measurement. Aggregated statistics on which pages are visited and how people arrive, used to improve the catalogue and the site itself.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will prevent checkout from completing.

Test result lookups. Scanning the QR code on a vial, or typing a lot number into the test results library, opens the certificate of analysis filed against that lot. The lookup carries the lot number only. It is not linked to your account, your order, or your identity, and we do not build a record of who has viewed which certificate.

4. Communications and marketing

If you give us your email address at checkout, through newsletter sign-up, or in the optional field on our entry screen, we may contact you by email unless you opt out or request otherwise. These communications may inform you about:

  • New products and changes to the existing range
  • Newly published lot certificates and testing documentation
  • Promotions and store announcements
  • Material updates to this Privacy Policy

Note: opting out of marketing email does not stop essential order-related or legal communications, such as order confirmations, dispatch notices, payment problems, or a recall notice affecting a lot you purchased.

5. Your rights and choices

You retain complete control over your personal data. You have the right to opt out of future marketing communications at any time, by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any promotional email or by contacting us directly using the details in section 12.

You may also contact us at any time to:

  • Review the specific data we hold about your account or business entity
  • Request corrections to any inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Request the permanent deletion of your data, subject to mandatory tax, transaction history, and product record-keeping obligations
  • Raise any concern about how we have handled your personal data

Depending on where you live, state or national privacy law may give you further rights, including the right to know what is collected, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising either. We honour these requests from every customer, wherever you are, rather than only where the law compels it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We will acknowledge a request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 days. If we need to verify your identity first, we will ask only for what is necessary to match the request to an existing record.

6. Security measures

We take the security of your information seriously. When you submit sensitive data through this website, it is protected both online and offline:

  • Online protection. Sensitive information such as card details or account passwords is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols. You can verify the secure link by looking for the padlock icon in your browser address bar and confirming the URL begins with “https”.
  • Offline protection. Access to personally identifiable information is restricted to designated personnel who need the data to perform a specific task, such as billing, dispatch, or customer support.
  • Infrastructure security. The servers and storage systems holding personally identifiable information are maintained in a monitored hosting environment with firewalling, patching, and access logging in place.
  • Account hygiene. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in readable form. We will never ask you for your password by email or telephone.

While we make every effort to secure your information, no online system is completely secure. By using our services, you accept the inherent risks of internet-based transactions.

7. Third-party service providers

To run this storefront, fulfil orders, and keep our records straight, we work with third-party service providers. These fall into a small number of categories:

  • Website hosting and content delivery
  • Payment processing and fraud screening
  • Shipping carriers and address validation
  • Email delivery for order notices and newsletters
  • Independent analytical laboratories that test our lots

Each provider receives only the data needed for its specific function. Our testing laboratories receive product samples and lot references, never customer data. These third parties are contractually prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose outside the service we have contracted them to perform.

8. Data retention and lot records

We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires:

  • Order and payment records. Retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
  • Account data. Retained while your account is open. Close the account and we remove the profile, keeping only the order records described above.
  • Marketing consent. Retained until you opt out, plus a suppression record afterwards so that an unsubscribe is not undone by a later import.
  • Support correspondence. Retained for up to 24 months so a returning question has its history.

Lot and testing records are separate. Lot numbers, test dates, purity results, and certificates of analysis describe the product, not the purchaser. They contain no personal data, and we keep them on file indefinitely so that a lot remains verifiable long after it has shipped.

9. Eligibility and children’s privacy

This website and store are intended for adults. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over, and by placing an order you confirm that you meet that condition.

We do not direct this website to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us using the details in section 12 and we will delete the record.

10. Where your data is held

LIV MORE LLC is registered in the State of Delaware, United States, and our hosting and service providers process data in the United States. If you order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored there, under United States law, which may differ from the law of your own country.

Where we transfer data to a provider on your behalf, we do so only to the extent needed to deliver your order and support it afterwards.

11. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in privacy law, in the services we use, or in how the store operates. Any adjustment or structural rewrite will be posted directly to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will say so by email to account holders as well. Your continued use of this website after an update is published constitutes acceptance of it.

12. Contact us

If you have a question, a concern, or a request regarding this Privacy Policy or how your order data is processed, please contact:

Please put “Privacy request” in the subject line so it reaches the right person without delay.

Effective date: September 2026. Last updated by the LIV MORE LLC compliance team.

Research use only

All LIV MORE products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or foods, and they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. Every lot is sampled after filling and analysed by a laboratory we do not own, and its certificate is published in the test results library. If you have a compliance or documentation question, please get in touch before ordering.
