Research use policy

This policy states the only terms on which LIV MORE LLC supplies its materials: what research use only means in practice, what our products are not, who may buy them, how they must be handled, and what happens when an order falls outside these limits.

Official research use reference

LIV MORE materials are supplied to qualified buyers for laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, foods, or medical devices, and no use in humans or animals is authorised by us under any circumstances.

  • Not for human or veterinary use
  • Every lot independently analysed
  • Buyers confirm qualified research use
  • Orders outside this policy are refused

Stated plainly

One scope of use, written out, with nothing implied between the lines.

Safe handling

Storage, containment, and disposal expected of anyone holding the material.

Traceable lots

Each lot number opens the certificate filed against that exact batch.

Buyer confirmation

Checkout records the confirmations this policy requires of you.

1. Purpose of this policy

LIV MORE LLC (hereafter “the Company,” “LIV MORE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) supplies research materials. This policy states the single scope of use on which every order is supplied, so that there is no room for a buyer to assume a different one.

It applies to every product on this website, to every lot, and to every buyer, with no exception for volume, profession, or prior relationship. It forms part of our Terms of sale, and accepting those terms at checkout means accepting this policy.

2. What research use only means

Research use only means the material is supplied for controlled laboratory work carried out by, or under the supervision of, someone competent to handle it. In practice that means:

  • Use confined to a laboratory or other controlled setting, not a home, gym, clinic, or spa
  • Use in vitro, or in a properly approved and supervised model, under the rules of the institution responsible
  • Handling by a person trained in the hazards of the material and the controls that apply to it
  • Records kept of what was used, from which lot, and for what purpose

The designation describes the terms of supply, not a grade of quality and not a loophole. A material supplied for research is a material that has not been assessed, approved, or released for any use in a person or an animal.

3. What our products are not

LIV MORE products are not:

  • Drugs or medicines, and they are not approved to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any condition
  • Dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or foods
  • Cosmetics or personal care products
  • Medical devices, or components of one
  • Sterile, pyrogen-free, or prepared to any standard for use in a person or an animal, unless a certificate expressly states otherwise for a specific test
  • Compounded or dispensed under a prescription

We make no claim, express or implied, about a benefit, an effect, a dose, or a route of administration in a person or an animal. Where a page describes what a compound is studied for, it is describing published research, not an instruction and not an endorsement.

4. Who may purchase

You may buy from us only if you are aged 18 or over and each of the following is true of you:

  • You are purchasing for laboratory research use, and for no other purpose
  • You are qualified, by training or by supervision, to handle research materials safely
  • You have access to a setting where the material can be stored, used, and disposed of properly
  • You accept responsibility for compliance with the laws, institutional rules, and safety requirements that apply to you

These confirmations are recorded at checkout and are a condition of sale. Giving them falsely is a breach of our Terms of sale and ends the relationship.

We may ask for institutional details or other verification before accepting an order, particularly for a first order, an unusual quantity, or an order whose details do not sit together.

5. Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited outright, and no order is accepted on any other understanding:

  • Administering the material to a human being, by any route, including to yourself
  • Administering it to an animal outside an approved and supervised protocol
  • Supplying, gifting, or sharing it with anyone who intends either of the above
  • Compounding, formulating, or preparing it for use in a person or an animal
  • Presenting it as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, food, or device, or making a health claim about it
  • Using it in a setting that is not a laboratory or other controlled environment
  • Any use prohibited by the law that applies to you, or by the rules of your institution

If your intended use is not clearly within section 2, ask us before ordering rather than after.

6. Handling, storage and disposal

Once a parcel is delivered, the condition of the material is in your hands. We expect a buyer to:

  • Unpack promptly and move the material to the storage condition stated on the product page and the certificate
  • Keep it in its original labelled container, with the lot number intact and legible
  • Use appropriate protective equipment and containment for the work being done
  • Keep it separate and secure from food, from personal items, and from anyone not authorised to handle it
  • Dispose of surplus material, and of the containers, under the waste rules that apply to the site

Material stored or handled outside these conditions cannot be verified against its certificate, cannot be returned, and is no longer covered by the warranty in our Terms of sale.

7. Lot documentation and certificates

Every lot is sampled after filling and analysed by an independent laboratory that we do not own and do not control. The certificate for each lot is published in the test results library, and the lot number printed on your vial is the key to it.

  • What a certificate covers. The identity and purity measured for that lot, by the method stated, on the date stated.
  • What it does not do. It does not approve the material for any use in a person or an animal, and it is not a release for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes.
  • Checking a lot. Scan the QR code on the vial, or enter the lot number in the test results library. The lookup carries the lot number only and does not identify you.
  • Questions about a result. Contact us with the lot number and we will answer, or go back to the laboratory where that is the right course.

8. Resale, distribution and export

Material is supplied for your own research. You may not resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute it, whether or not for profit, without our written agreement.

Where we do agree a supply arrangement in writing, you remain responsible for passing on this policy in full, for keeping the lot identity intact, and for satisfying yourself that each onward recipient meets section 4.

You may not export or re-export material in breach of any applicable control, embargo, or sanction. We do not ship outside the United States, and we do not deliver to freight forwarders or mail-forwarding addresses, as set out in Shipping and returns.

9. Labelling and records

Every container leaves us labelled with the product name, the presentation, the lot number, and a research use only statement. That labelling is part of the material’s traceability, not decoration.

Do not remove, alter, cover, or obscure it, and do not transfer material into an unlabelled container. Where material is aliquoted for laboratory work, carry the lot number across to every aliquot so that any result can still be traced back to the certificate it belongs to.

Keep your own record of which lot was used in which work. If a question about a lot ever arises, that record is what allows it to be answered.

10. How we enforce this policy

This policy is enforced, not merely published. Where an order or a buyer appears to fall outside it, we may:

  • Ask for further information before accepting the order
  • Decline or cancel the order and refund it in full, at any point including after dispatch
  • Close the account and decline future orders
  • Report the matter to the relevant authority where the law requires it

Signals we act on include a stated or implied intention to use the material personally, a request for dosing or administration guidance, a request to relabel or remove lot identification, delivery to a forwarding address, and an order pattern inconsistent with laboratory use.

We do not provide dosing, administration, cycling, or protocol advice for use in a person or an animal. Asking for it will not produce an answer, and will be treated as a signal under this section.

11. Regulatory position

No statement on this website has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or by any comparable authority. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing we publish is medical, veterinary, or scientific advice, and nothing on this website establishes a professional relationship of any kind. Responsibility for determining that a material is lawful for you to hold and appropriate for your work rests with you and with the institution you work under.

Where a product is subject to a control or a restriction in your state, that control applies regardless of what this website makes available.

12. Reporting a concern

If you believe LIV MORE material is being resold, relabelled, or offered for use in people, tell us. Include the lot number, where you saw it, and anything that identifies the seller.

Report a problem with a lot the same way, quoting the lot number and what you observed, and we will investigate against our retained sample and the laboratory record.

If you or someone else has taken a research material and feels unwell, this is not the right channel. Contact a medical professional or your local emergency service first, then tell us so we can pull the lot record.

13. Contact us

All LIV MORE products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or foods, and they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
